Come to think of it, probably they have lost the expertise in south indian food as well as the masala dosa was extremely ordinary. Man were we disappointed - I guess, these guys should stick to what they know best.they should not have attempted north indian thali if they don't have the expertise. My wife ordered the North Indian Thali as she was hungry and I settled for a masala dosa. We were disappointed as, as tourists, we were keen on trying out the south indian thali on the last evening. Only North Indian thali and South Indian tiffins were available.
